I get zero benefits from subway and I’m working full time..zero and on top of that making minimum wage while other employees get hired there with even less experience and less hours working there and get paid more then me somehow.. Interesting
Insane deductibles and fees. No one on a minimum wage salary could afford these plans.
Well if you want to have healthy employees, you will need to offer great health insurance at an affordable rate.
90% employee premium covered by the employer, 100% spouse/dependent premium was the employees responsibility.
Health insurance was fine at the time. Not sure what it is now.
too expensive and when you are able to pay for it, they send you a bill telling you, you owe a balance due. so......they are liers.
Way over priced they could offer a better plan but there cheep
I was informed that it would be a min of 300.00 a month for me to have basic heath insurance. This is quite a bit considering what they pay you, even being a full time employee.
