Flexible schedules are great for college students, and people who don't have children. It wouldn't really work for someone who has a family or other commitments outside of work.
Very flexible hours, perfect if you are a busy person
I already did. I submitted the pros and cons of the job. It had to do with closing hour time at subway. they want me out of there at 10:30 not enough time.
The worst thing about flexible hours is you never know exactly how many hours you are going to get or have ,so there for the amount of my pay check fluctuate.
U could get time off if needed or have someone cover ur shift no problem
u only allowed to get 40 hours a week unless its u get approved by manger and if its slow two people can not be on the clock
They will work around your hours
Hours vary alot. Your hours will either be overwhelming or not enough. Their is no in between. You cannot support a family working at subway thats for sure.
I went form working 6 to 5 and now to 3 days a week of at least 3-5 hours each.
Very flexible, but if you want to get a lot of hours its sometimes hard
