Helpful for not only yourself to recover but the store itself and the customers not getting sick
They will do everything they can to help you find someone to cover your shift on a sick day.
If you sick and call in 2 hour before you scheduled shift you're covered if not you get points put into your point system for a missed shift, you only get 13 point before you're suspended for a week
They give you enough time to recuperate
