Former District Manager in Lynchburg, VA, Virginia

If I could give zero stars I would. I worked as a District Manager overseeing 8 locations, and at no point did I ever make a livable wage or receive any kind of benefits. I was salary and on call 24/7 no matter what. The salary was a joke and there were always false promises of "bonuses" if the most unattainable goals were met. Some weeks I worked so many hours that I was only averaging a little over $5 an hour.
