At my subway, we get a 99% discount if we've worked at least 3 hours that day, free & unlimited drinks the WHOLE shift, and 50% off if we worked 3 or less hours that day. not too sure about the days off, though.
You get a free sandwich each shift.
There was really not a lot of benefits from Subway, other than Creating your own subs, and getting to know your customers.
Good paternity leave of 4 weeks
The only perk is you get the 401 k and health insurance for vaction we dont have
There isn't any company benefits besides getting a lousy 50 percent off on a 6 inch sub.
While working for Subway, I did not receive any benefits. I did not receive the raise promised after completion of Subway University. Time off was also very difficult to schedule. We were open most holidays, did not receive holiday pay or a Bonus around Christmas. The only "company perk" we received was a free pass to The Escape Room, prescheduled with our coworkers because the owners also owned a location of The Escape Room.
There were no real benefits. Well at least not for part time employees. We did get a small discount on the sandwiches.
As far as I'm aware, there were none. The owner didn't even tell me about the discount employees get on sandwiches.
There are no benefits or perks to working at this restaurant. Most restaurants are franchised and can't afford to do much for their employees.
