“Great coverage, inexpensive, comprehensive. Have honestly never met anyone who had better, more comprehensive health insurance than I did while with...”

The benefits package is not expensive and covers a wide range. Also it is accepted almsot everywhere. Many doctors have told me I have the absolute best coverage theyve ever seen from a patient. They also have an employee discount app that has a wide variety of coupons and special discounts on almost everything!

Good: matching 403(b) contributions based on a vestment period (3 years for full 3%); great dental and medical coverage; great workplace benefits (coffee, food, snacks, etc.); discounts through Fond on many options; high bonus potential based on student achievement; guaranteed summer vacations. Bad: long hours (10-12 days are common); fast paced and often stressful due to driving student achievement and parent involvement; very direct/harsh managerial culture.

Benefits were good. Health care package was good, pre-tax transit was good. I also was able to get my masters degree paid for by SA, which was great.

The first year I worked here health insurance was basically free, now it’s $90 per month. It’s pretty good, but most people who work at the org are under 25 so they are still on their parents health insurance for free

health, dental and vision insurance with 2 different levels to choose from, lots of holiday and potential bonus.

The benefits plan is fine if you're a young adult at the beginning of your career, and you get the advantages of working within a school (one and a half months off during the summer), but otherwise getting time off is incredibly difficult, even if you have chronic illness.
