Excellent benefit package with retirement 403b account. Matching up to 3%. Great dental/vision/health care. Time off during school breaks
Good: matching 403(b) contributions based on a vestment period (3 years for full 3%); great dental and medical coverage; great workplace benefits (coffee, food, snacks, etc.); discounts through Fond on many options; high bonus potential based on student achievement; guaranteed summer vacations. Bad: long hours (10-12 days are common); fast paced and often stressful due to driving student achievement and parent involvement; very direct/harsh managerial culture.
Benefits were good. Health care package was good, pre-tax transit was good. I also was able to get my masters degree paid for by SA, which was great.
The first year I worked here health insurance was basically free, now it’s $90 per month. It’s pretty good, but most people who work at the org are under 25 so they are still on their parents health insurance for free
Operations staff get 12 days off. Holidays and breaks. Medical, Dental, and Vision plans are all pretty solid. 401k is 3% match
health, dental and vision insurance with 2 different levels to choose from, lots of holiday and potential bonus.
The benefits plan is fine if you're a young adult at the beginning of your career, and you get the advantages of working within a school (one and a half months off during the summer), but otherwise getting time off is incredibly difficult, even if you have chronic illness.
