The benefits plan is fine if you're a young adult at the beginning of your career, and you get the advantages of working within a school (one and a half months off during the summer), but otherwise getting time off is incredibly difficult, even if you have chronic illness.
health, dental and vision insurance with 2 different levels to choose from, lots of holiday and potential bonus.
Very strong package--great health coverage, vision and dental, for inexpensive cost. 403b matching up to 3%. Time off could be better, but they have raised number of days in recent years. Compensation is generous, though watch for leveling off in future years due to scaling.
The pay is great and the scholars are amazing! However, the leadership team, in multiple locations, are aggressive and do not know how to talk to staff. I️n addition, they like to blame staff for poor data but not help them reach their goal. There is no teamwork or achievable feedback that feels good from leadership- most feedback feels offensive or harsh instead of pushing teachers I️n a better way. No work life balance!
Benefits are pretty dope and cheap. Thats why people can tolerate it.
Pretty affordable for such quality healthcare. They match 3% after 5 years. Unlimited sick days.
Generous vacation time if working in a school as you get student breaks off, Operations people in the schools get other days off too but it's not encouraged ever to take time off and if you do - still expected you'll look at your email.
Best: Great benefits package as well as perks. Worst: This is one of the only benefits of working at this company.
Great healthcare. Plenty of support from network to figure out best option
Great health insurance and 401k
