    3 weeks standard PTO but must be used for all time off includingany sick time. Only 7 paid holidays per year with nothing from Jan 2 to Memorial Day. Good 401k with 100% match up to 4% of your salary. Health insurance premiums on the rise including huge deductibles, they are pushing HDHP. Plenty of meeting space and loptops provided. Free drinks and snacks and video games. If you enjoy working in open, loud spaces, you'll love it.

    The company offers an overpriced health coverage package they encourage you not to use because it costs them money. The dental is a total joke. I ended up using my son's secondary insurance to cover oral surgery because the Success dental was going to just pay a "discount" that was going to leave me owing thousands of dollars. Their leave was okay, but right before I left my department was making using my accurred time almost impossible. I was actually afraid taking sick time or being out with one of my kids would cost me my job. It was a common fear with many of the women who worked there.
