I think the paid holidays is 7 this year but if you are in the field you can expect to be asked to work.
They offered a standard number of paid holidays.
If you are a BBT you know holidays are either on-call, or off. On-call is a money maker.

You might get "paid" for the holiday, but good luck not working on it. Especially if you are an on call employee.. with little benefit for such a on demand position other than loss of family and personal time, your household will suffer from on call.
