They try and punish with a points system for use of sick time, wont pay you for not using sick days especially when you leave, even if you never call in sick. no rewards for being a great employee, much less any recognition for you loyalty
Very good sick day policy, they don't count against your PTO
very poor. Only accumulate 1 hour a paycheck
