Suddenlink has basic benefits for a large telecom company. Good health insurance with reasonable premiums. Good coverages for a family.

healthcare is great for all employees. no benefits for part-time. they would look every year to improve the benefits

The employee medical benefits premium was very affordable and helped my family. The enrollment was very easy and kicked in after our 90 day anniversary. The flexible spending program is offered as well.

Historically only 6 paid holidays, although post-Cablevision merger that has gone to 9. You only get 2 weeks of vacation until you hit 5 years of employment.

Vacation for first year is 2 weeks per year accrued throughout year, can carry over half of accrued vacation to next year. Five sick days per year Three difference insurance plans, dental, vision, short long term disability. EAP 401k is matched 50% up to 6% . So maximum 3% of your salary Many positions get company phone, truck, uniforms, boots, and tools Negative side is sick time accrues points that essentially punish you for using a so called benefit.
