Benefits were great. No cons. You get basically free cable and they match over what you put in for insurance.
While they do offer medical, the employee cost is expensive. They only match 50% for every 6% you up in. So that's really like a 3% match which is low for a large company. You only get 1 week vacation for the 1st 5 years you work there which is touch. You get 9 vacation days so it helps to bundle those. Something is better than nothing, but for such a large company, they don't put any money for professional development. The free cable/internet if you live in their territory is nice.
