The have a great, comprehensive benefits package that rewards its employees with more experience, but may fault short with health insurance benefits.
Only reason this is not 5 stars is that the quality of healthcare options generally declined each year, and generally were designed to maximize the benefits to older partners (the FSA/HSA options are not as good). They provide tremendous flexibility with their 401k program, including in-service Roth conversions. Parental leave policy is incredibly generous for both men and women, and for natural birth and adoption. Free legal services for home acquisitions, wills, etc.
Free medical if just insuring self.
Best thing is number of vacation and floating holidays. Worst thing is shrinking health care plan.
The benefits are great – affordable or free comprehensive healthcare plans, as well as very generous 401k matching.
