Good Medical benefits and attractive 401k Plan
Interns can receive 401K and will not receive holiday pay.

Sulzers benifit package was ok. I've had better & ive had worst. 401K matches to 5%. Takes some time to be fully vested but that's ok. Medical was pretty crappy but it's relatively cheap. There is no paternity leave.
Sulzer is extremely Employee focused
Medical Insurance with BCBS is the worst, only HDP plan available with very high out of pocket and deductibles

Sulzer offers a nice benefits package and subsidizes a good portion of it. HR did not always communicate changes to the benefits accurately which often times left people having to pay for things they didn't know they would. They weren't always organized with the administration of the benefits programs.
