Easy to navigate what you are paying for. Lots of providers.
Good vacation accrual rates. Plenty of physicians in network for insurance
The benefits were good if you were in-network.
403(b) matching program up to 6.5%
One of the best part of the benefits is that you do not have a deductible. You only pay copays for doctors visits and procedures you have done.. on the downside, you pay a high amount for benefits. You can ONLY see Summa doctors or use Summa facilities which are only in a small area of NE Ohio. It takes MONTHS to get into a specialist but you have no choice or you're paying out of pocket.
