I was fine with the benefits plan because I was not in need of any extreme medical assistance and they matched my 401K from what I remembered. I think it might've been a bit expensive for an individual from what I can remember.
Pro is there is a decent amount of PTO but they are hesitant to let you take off work since it is never convenient for them. Health insure was ok but the premiums keep going up every year. 401k match is low. A lot can be determined by which branch you work at as well.
401k, 2% company match, 13-21 days of PTO, no sick, high insurance premiums and deductibles.
They offer two different medical plans, dental, vision, etc. It's a complete package. They also offer a small 401k match and of course PTO benefits.
The company has self insured insurance that made the benefits better than most loan companies.
temp employees get none of this
Good medical and 401k comprehensive
Vacation/PTO - You have to work a lot of hours to accumulate for vacation. Vacation and Sick time is rolled into one.
The cost went up for health benefits
It was very expensive for a family plan
