The perks are getting bonuses on our paychecks when we met certain company goals, but sometimes were a little unrealistic. No 401k and the insurance was hard to find a doctor who accepted it.

Healtg insurance is private and it is hard to find a dr that will accept it as a primary carrier... Which mean more out of pocket expense... I had to have gal blader surgery and it cost me $8000
