    The benefits were decent but the base salary and variable were terrible for delivery / management. To delivery millions of dollars in OPPL only to receive a few thousand (no literally) is tragic and unfair.

    Overall a pretty good package for what it is. Good luck using all your PTO (Paid Time Off) as you can only carry over 40 hours a year. PTO is also your sick time, so keep an eye on it.
