    20 days vacation (accrued), 5 days sick (after 6 months), and all bank holidays.

    Each employee starts with 2 weeks paid vacation. You also receive 5 sick days, one 8 hour volunteer day, and one 8 hour "day of purpose" for personal financial affairs, etc.

    The amount of days is pretty standard (2 weeks starting out after working there for 6 mo), but what is frustrating is that nobody knew how many vacation days you had used or had available! If you start between January and July, you get prorated days, but nobody was able to tell exactly how many. Supposedly, the employee is responsible for keeping track of this and HR doesn't inform you until the end of the year what you used.
