Excellent health insurance coverage for families.
Benefits stink big time. A comnpany as large as Adecco NA could help more on the cost.
The benefits where top notch a few years ago but with the ever rising cost of health care due to health care reform act the difference has been placed on the employee. Paying Almost 100% more with less befits than just a few years ago. One would think a company as large as Adecco they could offer a better healthcare plan. Also they could offer tuition reimbursement program
Hourly pay was ok, but they/the school district in which they put me only paid 32.5 hours per week that we were expected to physically be in the school building. So, while hourly rate was ok, the overall pay was poor.
Insurance was better in the past. A lot of out of pocket expenses now
Best thing is that they offer some sort of free video thing where you can get a doctor to check you out from home. Worst thing is that you have to be dying for them to let you take time off to use the benefits if you need to - especially if you are there within your first 3 months. People just can not help when they get sick!
All the benefits are very expensive. The benefits are not affordable. The 401k is the only benefit worth having.
