Good health insurance, 401k was good, but will be decreasing in 2020/2021.
Decent benefits package, 401K matching, pension plan, health insurance, one free day off per month, potential for a performance bonus (if the company does well enough). These benefits are for a salaried position. Benefits for a union represented position are likely different.
Best: they put 1.5% of your base pay towards a 401K for you and match up to 6% beyond that Don't offer a decent stock options plan unless you're a manager or above

Competitive pay scale, very generous yearly compensation, standard vacation grants but with 2 weeks of additional flex days for all FTEs, robust health benefits with significant company contribution. Pension and 401k w/matching. Suncor does not pay or reimburse for parking.
