“The benefits are pretty good. Paid time off, 401k match and health insurance. Company paid short term disability and life insurance. ”
“6 percent match and good plan sponsor. I would say it’s a pretty good benefit and am glad that they offer the match. Wealth management advisors from the bank are also available to review the plans with employees. ”
“Good benefit paid time off”
401k, health insurance, paid time off
401k match is 6% which is stellar. No orthodontist for dental package. Vacation accrual is low and combined with sick time. There is reimbursement for gym activities up to $250
Current benefits they offer. They are all on point and affordable. 401k with 6% match Medical Dental Vision Tuition reimbursement Employee assistance program Fitness reimbursement Flex spending Employee referral plan Paid time off Parent and volunteer leave Bereavement leave
Health Insurance was nice, and the immediately vested 6% match in the 401(k) plan was great. Volunteer time (six hours per quarter) was also nice, but overall PTO amount was lacking.
Sunflower Bank used to offer a decent benefits package before they did the merger. After they began the merging process, they took away everyone's vacation and sick leave and made everyone use PTO. This drastically affected any employee that had several hundred hours of sick leave built up. They LOST ALL THEIR SICK LEAVE and had to start over at scratch. Their benefits package became a joke and was made only to benefit the corporation itself and not their employees. They did what they had to do because they had to cut hundreds of job positions and this was their way of pushing as many people out the door as they could. And that's exactly what happened! Within a short few months after the merger was announced, employees began dropping like flies. There was nothing left for them. The only reason most employees stayed (and suffered) is because the benefits used to be good. However, that changed, and so did the number of their employees.
The benefits package is pretty good.
Sunflower Bank offers generous and affordable benefits at several price levels for all full time employees. Benefits include 401k, health insurance, vision and dental insurance.
Sunflower Bank was great about offering benefits, even to the part-time employees. I was able to participate in a 401(k) program and also received some loan reimbursement for college courses.
Cost to much for no coverage
There is health insurance and 6% matching on 401K
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
