Benefits are not bad, can be expensive, but there are alot of little perks that can be utilized, although the company needs to do a better job of advertising them.
They match 4% of 401k contributions. Very nice overall benefits. Work-life balance is important at Sungard AS. Also, made yearly contribution to HSA.

401K matching to 4% of salary, vacation seems comparable with other companies however they cut the ability to carry over vacation to the next year so you must use all vacation the year you accrue it. They also cut the two floating holidays.
Maternity is standard, nothing special. Work from home options are the best!
