Everything covered completely, only thing missing is 401k matching, which is understandable. Best benefits package you will ever find.

Was fairly comprehensive when I worked there, full health/vision/dental covered, 401k (no match). May have changed since as I know compensation has been severely reduced for sales staff

Great benefits package as there is no cost to employee for medical, dental and vision coverage (there is a cost to the employee to add spouse and kids).

The fridges are constantly stocked up with great snacks! They also pay for health insurance which is huge!

Full health, dental and vision $0 premium for employee, small premium for dependents. Fidelity 401K with no matching option. Biking and commuter benefits. Stock options for most new employees

Fully covered for the employee and partial for family.

They try to prevent people in sales from taking time off in the summer during the 'peak season' and make it hard on you with your quota. Clearly, however, if managed properly, you can have people taking some time off in a spread out fashion so the sales floor isn't handicapped.
