Would like to see a larger contribution to the 401k - but other benefits are comparable.
The benefits aren't the best, butthey do provide a 401k percentage match
The cost of benefits keep increasing every year and the benefits keep decreasing.

good amount of holidays and paid time off. many departments have flex hours. good prices for vision and dental. monthly employee appreciation events with free meals. monthly town hall meetings with free breakfast. many work from home positions. some positions have work requirements which make it difficult to use your time off. ask carefully about hours, overtime, weekends etc.
