“Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida PTO with high deductibles, high out-of-pockets, high premiums for covering dependents and no coverage for spouses if spouse has coverage at work.”
“No profit sharing. 4% matching contribution is average. ”
“17 days PTO, use it or lose it. 10 paid holidays. ”
Great benefits, good employer contribution, great home office reimbursement rates.
Best: Health insurance rates are manageable, low deductibles for individuals and family. Worst: 3 years 3 different insurance companies. Similar coverage but a hassle changing information every year.
401K is ok. They have a gym onsite and a masseuse who stops by weekly. Sadly, pay is average or below-average.
You accrue PTO each pay period. Maternity/paternity 6 weeks at 60% of your pay, which is disappointing.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
