17 days PTO, use it or lose it. 10 paid holidays.
Limited accruals for vacation. This benefit could improve and would be great if based on years of work experience.
No PTO carryover for workers in Arizona (but can go negative for leave hours). Slow accrual for new employees, but separate sick leave bank via new Arizona law makes this better (now sick time is separate from PTO). Holiday days off are better than at most private companies.
Employee can earn up to 5 weeks of PTO every year plus 10 paid holidays; but no PTO can be carried over.
PTO bank is easy to build. Keep in mind its a use it or lose it policy.
This year they started with a very popular idea, use all of it or lose it! The idea behind this is a percentage of your people will leave PTO on the table, and the company will get more profits. Well I hope AZ does what Cali did, you earn it, its yours, the company can SUCK IT!
Could provide more days off - a little below what I'm used to getting at previous employers.
17 Days for New hires, 22 for employees with a tenure of 5 years, 27 for tenure of 10 years
You LOSE PTO if you don't use it and they DO NOT reimburse you. You lose your money. The cap you at 120 hours. If you don't use it, you literally lose it.
