Health, dental and 401k all with company contributions. Life insurance for dull and part time employees at no cost to the employee.
No perks. Just raffles every month and the health insurance was expensive. I didn't have it but I heard the co-pay was high.
They match your 401k but only up to 6% (I think). Benefits are expensive.
I can't list any perks because nobody every asked me, even after being employed for 6 months, it was up to me to ask someone in HR.
they offered the basics, health dental and eye care...pricing was decent at best and it wasnt the best coverage. co pays were around $35 compared to previous benefit packages i've had
insurance cost too much 401know only for upper management
