Sunrise Senior Living offers a 401K program to their employees.
The 401K was better than most in both the senior living and skilled care industry. Good mutual fund choices with reasonable fee structures.
The fact that they offer 401 K is good. It's not 100% its only 50% but its still good to have that option.
Very satisfied with their offerings, it is a competitive package. It is not expensive and they contribute quite a bit to the plan.
I like it because you don't see when it's growing
The best aspect is that the plan exists with a company match. The negative part is that the match is made once - annually (rather than with each paycheck or monthly), so you have to make it through each full year to see that year's match. If you left prior to the match time, you would lose out.
