You accrue sick time separately
Worst is probably the insurance. I think cigna stinks to be frank. There's lots of choices for plans but I just find cigna to be not a great insurance. Wish it was blue cross or something.
The benefits package is acceptable. You will get health care, 401k, Vision, Dental, Long Term, Short term disability. You will also get vacation and sick time. You get 5 paid vacations days/year and able to roll over 3 weeks vacation into the next year.
401 K plan, 2 weeks vacation, 10 sick days for CA workers, but health insurance is costly at $900/month for 1 + dependent.

Cost of insurance is too high
Health insurance premiums are expensive for the average family. If you have the ability to go on a spouse's plan, do it! Maternity and Paternity leave are unpaid and employees receive an average amount of vacation days.
