Sunrise Senior Living is an equal opportunity employer, which believes the richest rewards come from nurturing the mind, body and spirit. Our mission is to champion the quality of life for all seniors. As an employer, we strongly believe that employees on our team, or our "team members," work to carry-out this mission every day. This mission and the Sunrise Principles of Service guide the design and goals of our Benefits and Wellness Program.
We encourage advancement at all levels.
Not only is the health and well-being of our team members important to us, their professional growth is equally critical to the overall success of our organization. Team members are encouraged to take advantage of learning opportunities through our internationally recognized program, The Learning Channel, which provides training options for career development. We also offer reimbursement on tuition for team members who choose to take degree-seeking courses to further their careers.
Sunrise Senior Living is committed to providing a rewarding workplace environment for every team member. Eligible team members have the opportunity to enroll in a wide variety of benefit programs. Sunrise also understands the physical and emotional demands of the job, and respects the need for a healthy work/life balance. By offering flexible scheduling, hundreds of location options, and advancement within, Sunrise is as dedicated to its team members as it is to its residents.
As a Sunrise team member, you'll enjoy the benefits of working for a world-class company, while truly making a difference in the lives of our residents.
401K plan is good enough.
They offer a very decent health benefits coverage, including 401K ,HSA, vacation and sick day time off. Good company but has become too corporate.
Some plans are only available to management; most plans are only for F/T staff; Insurance is expensive and not very comprehensive.
Con High deductible gets expensive for lower deductible health care
Benefits are only available to full-time team members at Sunrise. Other team members would tell me they had difficulty finding a good doctor at times. Overall, the benefits were better than having none at all and increased if you were at a higher position.
401k is great & I had alot of sick/PTO
Summer time work schedule and the casual/jeans fridays. Also near metro, which was a convenient benefit.....
Health insurance prices are decent for the employee but not if you have a spouse or dependents- cost goes up dramatically
401k is good but health benefits are not so good. They cost to much and Don’t pay a whole lot leaving you to most of it out of pocket until you reach a extremely high deductible
Not sure because i didnt use their insurance i had obama care but i heard it was very expensive and not veery good.
