The benefits are pricey but it's worth it because it has great coverage.
Employee Meals are discounted which helps.
Sunrise has health benefits, 401k, dental and eye insurance. The provide flu vaccinations every year for each employee. I believe insurance company also give incentives when registering for benefits.
Expensive for little coverage. I was expecting more since this is a medical company but they do not offer much coverage unless you pay insane money.
The benefit package is ok, but is very expensive for what it is. I have not been here long enough to experience the 401k program
They take a lot out of your paycheck for health insurance benefits and on top of that the deductible is very high.
Sunrise provides the usual benefits. As a full time staff member I get vacation and sick time. I participate in their 401K plan. I do not use their medical plan (use my husband's plan). Our present HR staff member is excellent. She is very willing to help with any questions and knows how to do her job. The HR person a few years ago was just awful and unwilling to help anyone.
I found outside insurance is cheaper
