Far too many skilled and senior living organizations give just 1 week off. Sunrise started at 2 weeks and with long term employment it could go to 3. It's still not as good as most hospitals but that's the nature of the industry. Now if one could just get uninterrupted time off to use it.

I love that they offer both sick time off and vacation which can be accrued. this is very important. Most companies only offer accrued time off, which lumps it all together.
