Pro: Once you in, you there for life. They don't fire people that why management can do whatever they want, even verbally abuse subordinates., great insurance, breakfast (bagel and bread) every morning, easy to get in if you are Asain and speak their languages. Con: Work environment and culture are very poor, low morale, no 401K match, longer working hours, working OT is one of the perks, no growth, low pay (below industry standard).
