    Supplemental Health care is great for those who want to put their foot in the door and get into recruiting, but you have to be incredibly aggressive.

    They offered a basic and an upgraded health plan. If you selected the upgraded one, they would contribute into your HSA with that plan that offset the monthly employee cost . The bad part is if you do not work enough hours then they will charge you their cost ( employer cost) of the premium. If you have had 2 months short hours then you are put on Cobra, and cannot return to that insurance ever.

    the premium is quite reasonable and the out of pocket deductible is a doable amount as well as the copays and coverage is fine
