Really great insurance and 401k matching
Good matching for 401k and HSA. Health insurance leaves something to be desired.
The benefits were expensive and the coverage was not the best.
My school nurse contract can not guarantee 30 hrs/week year round. That means I do not qualify for Supplemental Health Care employer health insurance. The staffing manager was able to offer a nice PTO package to supplement hours. Its still not enough though.
The benefits are fair. They have 401K contribution matching which i think is comparable to other companies dollar for dollar for the first 3% percent, then 50% up to about 5%. Healthcare benefits are on par with my understanding of many other companies, and you can pick and chose which benefits you would like to receive.
The cost of the medical plan is expensive and there is never enough explanation from HR about the plan.
Two weeks vacation the first year, 3 weeks after five years. 100% match on the 401K up to 6%. Full medical after 90 days.
Great 401(k) benefits with immediate vesting and company match. Good medical and dental. Good PTO, especially for long-term employees.
The pay rates with this company are lower than other health care agencies in the area. The benefits weren't extended to me even when I was on a contract. When I found out other agency nurses who were working in the same facility with me, but through other companies, were make between 5-7 dollars more per hour than I was, I reported this information back to the company. After months of complaining the pay only increased by $3
You lost your benefits if you were not able to work the minimum hours. Initially, you paid the company portion of your benefits if your hours were short, then, if you had 2 short months in a row, you got on Cobra. After you were on Cobra, you could never resume on their health plan. Their HR office is at the Headquarters in Salt Lake City. The information wasn't available or we did not get enough notice during enrollment times for changes. Employees had to pay to get vacation time. They deducted 25 cent or more from each hour worked towards hours off.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
