Need another company for benefits

The company offers a good benefits package with health, dental, vision, 401k, std/ltd, paid time off, etc. There is no vesting period for the 401k and they do a 5/4 match which is pretty nice.
Benefits package was taken away after an incident in which my hours dropped below 30 one time due to a previously planned family event. No warning given, contract "up to interpretation" where ultimately the employee was screwed over.
Health insurance after 60 days of employment, PTO, 401K
For the staffing industry, Supplemental Health Care has pretty solid benefits. They recently added a PPO plan again, and they offer a matching contribution to an HSA, which is rare. They also offer a good 401K match and immediate vesting in the 401K, which is also rare in staffing. PTO is good and the annual carry over is generous. I've been here a few years and carry over the maximum every year. That pretty much requires me to take a few weeks off every year, which is a nice problem to have.
Benefits are best in the industry. In addition Supplemental offers their own rewards program that earn you points towards gifts as an employee.
