Offer medical, dentist, life insurance and 401K. I didn't like the fact that basically made me invest some of my pay to other companies. I didn't want to invest in anything but they took like $100 out of my check to "invest" without even asking me.

If this is your full-time job then you're probably eligible for medicaid which their medical stuff that you had to pay for didn't come close to. They have a tuition reimbursement program but the thing is you have to get approval before you start the class and they turned down my Macroeconomics class. They'll reimburse every class they feel is "relevant" to your job up to 3k. Seemed like a scam and just something they have to say they have it.

Benefits are competitive but could be better. Company is in transition so hopefully this will change as the Company changes.

Ther really is no best or worst, it is an hourly position that offers benefits for a cost. not much to say

5 vacation days, no sick days, no holidays off. No unpaid time off of you are sick. Poor healthcare choices that will cost 1/4 of your pay. No other benefits.
