the benefits are extremely good in my opinion. All benefits start day one. the healthcare is a little bit on the pricier side, but its still more affordable and better coverage than others I have had.
Health insurance is incredibly expensive for family coverage, even at the high-deductible level (which is the only reasonable "choice" in the offering). PTO, 401(k) match, etc are standard.
401k match is great for building savings, and the HSA with the employer contribution really helps with medical expenses. The time off program is also generous and flexible.
Health insurance is expensive for what coverage it provides
SCA provides ample time off, flexible work schedule, 401k matching, and contributes to all teammates' HSAs on an annual basis.
We have a very nice PTO program and several complimentary benefits such as EAP and LTD. MD's online and a one stop website to look at our benefits and get important info or make changes. Also we have three medical plans to choose from and if you choose the high deductible plan $1200 is deposited into your HSA every year.
Pay is above average than most area hospitals. Insurance is expensive but I'm sure it's comparable to others
Generally normal benefits except for an expensive medical plan option
Benefits are market comparable. Company tries to improve them every year and they do offer incentives to HSA's for completing biometric screenings. Company moved to high deductible healthcare plan a few years ago.
The best thing about the benfits package that SCA offers is there are many options for health insurance and they offer 401k and stock options at a reduced price. also paying for the benefits is tax free.
