maternity leave 4/6+6. 40/60 pay with EDD.
I was able to bring home same pay without taxes taken
Great coverage, but they keep your full benefits secret, on a need to know basis. First pregnancy was uneventful so I didn't need anything additional but the second was more complicated and I had periods of being unsure what my coverage would be and if I would be left without an income or benefits. Also, paying the employee portion of benefits is very inconvenient; they make you mail in a check per payment period.
They only allow what is mandated by the state and non of it is paid by your employer, unless you choose to use your earned PTO
They comply with the state and give you all that you need. You can go back to work and save some of your non paid leave to use later to accumulate PTO in the process.
Very flexible with how time for leave is taken
seems good per coworkers, never used it
I was fully supported during my maternity leave. My manager helped me with the process and additionally my coworkers were supportive and happy to help in my absence.
EXCELLENT - liberal use of company-paid and government-mandated time off
