Great coverage, but they keep your full benefits secret, on a need to know basis. First pregnancy was uneventful so I didn't need anything additional but the second was more complicated and I had periods of being unsure what my coverage would be and if I would be left without an income or benefits. Also, paying the employee portion of benefits is very inconvenient; they make you mail in a check per payment period.

They only allow what is mandated by the state and non of it is paid by your employer, unless you choose to use your earned PTO

They comply with the state and give you all that you need. You can go back to work and save some of your non paid leave to use later to accumulate PTO in the process.
