Worst- we still pay for our medical benefits as a medical comapny but that is changing January 2019. Best- EAP benefits: 10 counseling appointments, amazing Wellness Profgram with health coaching, access to lawyers, adoption assistance, dependent scholarship opportunities, retirement.
Health insurance is a very nice package. Very low co-pays.
Benefits are amazing. Insurance is best I have seen in a while. Company has great perks such as a cafe on site, and gym. In my department at least they give you different treats, and gifts for each holiday. Vacation is pretty good it's by PTO and what you have it's easy to get off but you have to rack it up. Holidays aren't paid unless you have PTO. IF they are closed and you can't cover it with PTO you are marked absent. In my opinion it's not fare especially to people who are part time. They do have opportunities to work from home, and do give you the equipment if you meet the standards. They do offer tuition reimbursement but you get a different amount depending on what degree you are going for. You get some discounts through the company for different places, concerts, and hotels.
Sutter Physician Services is a non-profit so they give you a 403 B. They have pretty decent insurance options (PPO and HMO). There's an on site gym that is used very lightly. They also have a cafeteria with great food and healthy options for an affordable price.
Pay and benefits seem to be comparable and competitive in the market, though there is room for improvement and advancement. For the size of the company overall and affiliation with Sutter Health one might expect them to do better. However this is a not-for-profit organization designed to improve access and reduce cost to health care, so there's that to consider.
Good health, dental, and vision insurance. Worst is the pto structure has changed to where you no longer get you paid holiday, it automatically included in you pto bank now. So if you didn’t save enough pto for that holiday, you’re out of luck.
Health insurance they offered was terrible.
Full Medical, Dental, and vision benefits packages. Option life, auto, and home insurance. Matching 403(b) after 1st year of employment.
The best is the PTO accrual, especially since it increases with your tenure. The worst is the 403B for retirement.
Great benefits. Great healthcare plan
