Tuition reimbursement. 401K is matched $.25 to the dollar and caps at $2.00. PTO is accrued but it does roll over at the end of the year so you don't lose it if you don't use it. Onsite gym at the Legacy building.
Benefits are available but the health insurance has had multiple changes and cost more to the employee.
Benefits cost way too much in Utah, they were way lower for our counterpart in California. Toke almost one whole paycheck for benefits.
No complaints at this time.

They cover 100% of employee cost and most of dependent costs of medical, dental and vision. The coverage is excellent as well. $30 for emergency room visits $10 for office visits.
SPS pays into your benefits, so you don't have a huge out of pocker from your pay. There is no deductible and copy is only $10. Because the company is a non-profit we have a 403B not a 401K. They pay 50% contrbution to every $1 up to 6% of income.
Comprehensive benefits package, with a great 401k. Medical providers in my area are not as strong.
