Very high deductible. The hsa helps because the company will match up to $1000 per year, but the deductible is still way too high compared to other companies.
Very Very expensive.
The HSA plan is horrific. Many Employees are taking out loans to cove deductibles.

This was my first job with full benefits so unfortunately I don't have much to compare against - rates felt reasonable, deductible was not too high, full health, vision, and dental Only complaint is no credits or discounts for gyms
The whole comprehensive package keeps going up every year
seems to be on par with industry standard for the region
Rising rates, lack of HR support
It is more expensive than many other plans that I have seen. Additionally, they change it every year to give the employees a higher out of pocket maximum while raising deductibles.
