No sick days, but there is a week shutdown at Christmas
The company recently increased vacation offering for younger employees and degrees graduates. They seem to have lost their connection with the blue collar workers and people with experience
Seems fair in the market
All employees start at 2 weeks PTO with no sick time, with an added week every five years
not much time off given for new hires with experience. Its definitely a drawback.
Observed all the standard holidays, plus offered PTO / sick time.
Cannot answer. As a contract employee I received no vacation or paid time off.
10 PTO days, 10 sick days, and two floating holidays.
