    It sucked since I either didn't read it fully, wasn't informed fully with the company I had it invested into and wasn't informed fully when I left that it would disappear in a few years since there was no Swedish money going into it.

    Following federal standards, SMC had a vesting schedule for employer match. 6 years until fully vested but the match was otherwise competitive.
