    the best thing about this is that you accumulate a lot of time off that you can request. and it is easy to request it off as well.

    Decent amount of vacation 15-18 days, a day of sick leave a month but cannot call in sick more than 4 times per 12 months, it's considered unscheduled and you can be fired for it...not a good policy for a healthcare org.
