Best is they make it easy to obtain although i am not sure how it rates compared to other companies. Con is there is a time limit to get it at first, after that you have to wait until one time a year.
Many plans to choose from but all very costly, you would think a company this size could get a lower rate on health plans, that being said I have paid more for worse coverage at other companies
The health care package, due to the Obama-care health markets were crushing for fellow techs with families. I was lucky enough to get my subpar health care from the VA and don't need a health plan. The Dental Plan wasn't bad and the Vacation Benefits were really great - 2 weeks off to start, 3 weeks after the first year is complete.
The best part about the benefits package was you could choose what worked best for you, the worst part was that all of them were too expensive and the deductibles were all very high.
