Great benefit package, Good 401K match, Unlimited time off for vacation. Wish they had a tuition reimbursement program. Hoping they will bring that on in the future
Rather than rating the best or worst thing, since our benefits package is pretty great overall, I will speak to the one thing I am unsure of: unlimited PTO. We just adopted unlimited vacation time. Opinions on the practice vary across the internet with some saying it can indeed lead to a healthier, more autonomous work/home balance and others claiming given the opportunity to take as much time off as they would like, the average worker, fearing the appearance of laziness will take less time than if it was a solid defined perk they had earned. Only time will tell how the practice pans out here.
We get unlimited PTO, underground parking (awesome in AZ summer), onsite gym/locker rooms/showers, Friday Afternoon Club (ping pong & beer), 401k 4% match, affordable health insurance, free lunch at least once a month, some holidays off, holiday decorations & celebrations in the office, bagels on Fridays, lots of free snacks/soda, annual spring picnic & holiday party, the awesome culture is def a benefit to working here
Best was the companies HSA contribution annually.
Swiftpage benefits are stellar for a small company!
I love the perks but recent changes like suspending our 401k has dropped my overall rating from a 5 to a 4 star. I understand our business model has changed but suspending 401k matching only drives the talent to companies waiting to pick us up.
Good flexibility in work hours. Many people have work from home benefits. Lots of vacation days. Free soda and snacks.
There was ample PTO time and was usually approved. Often times, managers approved so many PTO requests for the same day there was not adequate coverage on the sales floor.
They took away the 401k last week....pto is awesome but they tax your checks 40% so what sounds great hurts really bad on payday!
They take care of there employees, in today's job market you don't find many of places that offer what they do.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
