The pay is terrible, so you can't contribute much, so the matching funds are not much
I worked for them for 3 years and for the first 2, there was NO 401(k)!
I like that there's a 401(k) match program in place.
a 401k is a 401k. What you put in it you get out of it. They can always be rolled over in another job or for an IRA later in life or after you leave a job or go towards the next job.
