    Good 401 K matching program, as well as medical. Also, great discounts on services from many companies. Vacation time is pretty good as well.

    The employee medical contribution is very high, and while the benefit coverage is good the cost for a employee+family will exceed $1000 month.

    There’s only 10 paid days leave and some holidays you still have to work for the same amount of money that you’re being paid per hour.

    Very expensive and sub-par medical and dental insurance (they encourage workers to go on the Exchange or apply for Medicaid), 401k with match, limited PTO. Unpaid maternity / paternity leave.

    Most things are covered 100% (on the high plan), but it's too damn expensive. I have it, and it costs almost $600/mo just for me. I can't afford to insure my family -- it'd be $1300 a month.

    No one can afford the medical and the ones who do have it say it sucks. We receive only ten days vacation, personal or sick leave combined.

    The deductible on the health plan for hourly employees is $3400, the 401k match is 100% up to 1% contribution, they only provide 10 days of PTO a year now matter your tenure.
