Fantastic benefits package. I started off at the associate level (F band) and had 2 weeks paid vacation coming into my job. By year 2 I was still at the associate level but got bumped up to 3 weeks paid vacation. At year 5 (if you graduate to the AVP, E band level) you will have 4 weeks vacation and an extra 3 days on top of that for your tenure there. Health benefits are fair, and 401(k) match is generous. Year 1-3 they will march 6%. After you are vested at year 3, they will not only match up to 6%, they will add an additional 6% at the end of the year. Essentially you are putting 18% away per year (only 6% being your money), which is unheard of. Maternity leave is something like 12 weeks, then an additional several weeks for parental leave. GREAT work life balance, with the ability to work from home. That said some teams are more flexible than others.
