Health insurance and unlimited time off are awesome. Parking/transportation benefits are a little weak for a downtown location
The best perk of working at Switchfly is the time off policy. As long as your manager approves your time off you can take an unlimited amount. I really wish there was 401k matching.
Best place to work. Flexible work hours World-class Health Care Competitive Pay Retirement Planning Commuter FSA Program Culture of Learning Unlimited Time Off Weekly Meals and Snacks Work-life balance Employee Success Celebrations Group Volunteer Work Holiday Festivities Exceptional co-workers and a fun environment
Standard benefits for tech industry.
Switchfly HR does a good job supporting my health by helping to organize on-site / in-office free flu shots (seasonally) as well as on-site / in-office doctor hours from Circle Medical every couple months.
You get some yearly bonus and stock options
Competitive for the SF area. Unlimited DTO, Great medical plans, One Medical paid membership, Pre- tax commuter benefits, Friday lunches and stocked kitchen, flexible wfh policy. Only downside is company doesn't match 401k. But I believe as the company grows, so will the benefits.
This company values people - both their health and their time! The health benefits are top-notch - you can go with a large provider like Kaiser or a smaller more boutique clinic like One Medical which has locations everywhere including a block away from the office! Employees also get unlimited time off (As long as you work it out with your manager and give notice, of course)! There is flexibility to work from home, too. It's a relaxed environment and a fantastic work-life balance. Full 401K benefits, competitive salaries and always room for employees to grow! There are trainings and off-sites. Managers are approachable so if you are interested in learning something, you are encouraged to speak up!
Over the last year, the benefits offerings have been overhauled to align with the market. Better benefits at lower costs.
No health insurance premium to pay for the employee, great for singles. Family plans have reasonable premiums. No 401k matching. Discretionary time off, means no set number of sick/vacation days as long as manager approves.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
