They have good benefits for health
The employee costs are way too high and are growing every year
Blue Cross is better than our previous insurance (Cigna), however, having prescriptions included in the deductible/co-pay is STUPID, and likely a cost-cutting measure that Symantec chose. Gotta squeeze those pennies out wherever they can!
Benefits may change from time to time. But this is the same for all companies. Meaning move from CIGNA to Blue Cross or similar.
All Health options such as PPO, HSA and HMO are available
Best benefits in the country, Flexible Spending, Stock purchase plan, insurance/dental/vision, Norton & Life Lock benefits
Company pays most of the price
There were good options available for both single people and families
Great insurance. I have found few better.
