    The plans that are offered don't allow for co-pays at the time of the appointment. Instead, it is billed to the patient, and the FSA provided by the company doesn't recognize actual medical clinics as payees, instead demanding HIPAA information (statements of benefits), to which they are not entitled, before they issue the payment -- which, by the way, is the employee's money, not theirs, so yet another layer of needless bureaucracy.
