“If you have worked hard to form an agency, you will earn just as much (if not more) while on vacation as if you were working.”
For an Independent role, SFG has fantastic options.
SFG will offer life insurance and competitive health plans.
They offer solid benefits that are unique to this company that most other IMOs do not provide.
Extremely flexible schedule; you choose your own hours. You can work anywhere at any time.
If you want to sell insurance as an agent working for yourself (self-employed/1099) Symmetry Financial Group is a good place to start. Selling insurance isn’t for everyone but SFG has tied it all together with excellent training, team support, and quite-surprisingly a very good and affordable health insurance plan.
Great company to work for
401k and PTO are the best
Free Life Insurance and access to Health plans at less than half of purchasing onr thru the marketplace. My premium was over $100 less per month than my last employer's group plan
Even though this is an all commission independent brokerage, they have a health insurance plan you can purchase and they pay for 1 year of premiums on a term life policy.
They pay $85 towards your first year of life insurance with "Protect the Protector" and you have Core Carriers to choose from. I think they do deliver a great benefits program for health insurance as well but I would choose Forester's for the life insurance and the members perks and coverage personally.
